Characteristics:
( 1 ) The product is 1.25Cr0.5Mo Cr-Mo steel MIG welding wire.
( 2 ) It’s used to weld similar content alloy steel, such as boiler pipe, high pressure vessel, oil refining equipment ,etc.
Precautions:
( 1 ) Adequately clear the oil,rust,moisture,dust and other debris of the welded parts.
( 2 ) The hardening capacity of molten metal is strong in air-cool,it need preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding.
( 3 ) Preheat and interpass temperature in 135~165℃,heat treatment after welding in 675~705℃.
